A Familiar Face Becomes More Familiar!!

The Integrated Products team is pleased to announce that Brian Bird has agreed to spend some more of his valuable time with us ( and you ).

Many of you know Brian and for those that don’t, Brian has over 25 years’ experience working with business partners and end customers in adapting to the evolution of telecommunications technology to assist them in enhancing employee efficiency, increasing their customers’ satisfaction and optimizing their communications costs.

His previous 25 years’ experience with Alcatel-Lucent included technical qualifications, direct and channel sales management, strategic and tactical marketing as well as product and sales training capabilities. All of which places him in an ideal position to assist customers and Business Partners in adapting to the current technology evolutions, the customer revolution brought on by the arrival of smartphones and tablets and in embracing the emerging business model transformations that includes hosted and cloud based pay-as-you-go models.
