Since 2009 Integrated Products has provided sales service and support to our network of system integrator partners. We service our partner network through offices located in Sydney and Perth, both equipped with demo rooms, training and warehousing facilities. Over the years we have proven our value to partners through our ‘Go First’ customer service ethos, pre and post-sales support plus technical assistance and training.

We have a deep and strong legacy with the IndigoVision product, helping in the provision of robust surveillance solutions for some of Australia’s most diverse installation sites, which transcend every possible industry. In 2020, IndigoVision was acquired by Motorola Solutions Inc., joining such iconic brands as Pelco, and opening the door for Integrated Products to provide highly tailored, and application specific solutions.

Recently we have added the Eagle Eye Network cloud video surveillance solution to our portfolio.  With Eagle Eye Networks’ cloud video surveillance solution, we can leverage our years of experience selling and supporting CCTV solutions, and pursue new opportunities in this fast-emerging market.

Our business in the Unified Communications (UC) space has a history of over 7 years, supporting our integrator partners with sales and technical support for on-premise and hybrid UC solutions. Our product portfolio has transitioned to the GoTo Connect full Cloud-based platform.  Acting as Master Agent for GoTo, we continue to support our long-standing partner community and attract new partners via our extensive industry connections.

For particular market segments, we see the synergies and CCTV-UC convergence opportunities with the growing adoption to Cloud and SaaS solutions.
