Since 2009 Integrated Products has provided sales, service, and support to a growing network of system integrator partners. We service our partner network through offices located in Sydney and Perth, both equipped with demo rooms, training and warehousing facilities. Over the years we have proven our value to partners through our ‘Go First’ customer service ethos, pre and post-sales support plus technical assistance and training.
Integrated Products began with a primary focus of sales and support for IndigoVision, at a time when the vendor themselves had no direct representation in Australia. We have a deep and strong legacy with the IndigoVision product, helping in the provision of robust surveillance solutions for some of Australia’s most diverse installation sites, which transcend every possible industry. In 2020, IndigoVision was acquired by Motorola Solutions Inc., joining iconic brands such as Avigilon and Pelco. We now stand with Motorola in their quest for ‘Solving for safer everywhere’, and the future is an exciting one with the merging of technologies and brands from their extensive arsenal to deliver new and best of breed products.
While technically a distributor, we see ourselves as loyal custodians of the brands we represent. As such, we have curated a very pointed and select portfolio of products, which ensures we maintain focus and our commitment to vendors and integrator partners a like, performing our role to help their respective business’s grow. What products and solutions we can offer our partners today, whether they be physical, cloud-based or hybrid, will represent the latest technology, it will be dependable and will be competitively priced.
